Check out by 10-am any late check will be charged $100 per hour. Any extra guest $175 per guest. As a final step in the booking process, you will be required to provide the host with a valid government ID, and agreement & compliance to the terms provided in the host's rental agreement. 25 year-old Minimum Age Requirement Strictly Enforced. Guest making the reservation will & must be present during the entire stay & must be able to show a valid ID upon arrival. Requests for additional children will be considered

The house was an easy drive up the mountain and only about a mile from town. It has amazing views and great to watch the sunrise. There is a lot of natural light and we really enjoyed the view while sitting in the hot tub also.

It was a wonderful stay! We had an amazing time. The bottom floor with the pool table and Pac-Man game and hot tub was well used by my entire family. We had some amazing nights making memories spending our nights having fun. We had more than enough room for the eight of us. The home was clean and comfortable. There was easy parking for our two vehicles with easy back up and turn around to get back down the mountain. If you are looking for a wonderful stay in the Smokies, consider staying here. We are in the area two to three times a year and have stayed in many cabins and this one was well worth it. I hope everyone has a great time like we did!
